I am a business law attorney that began practicing in 2002. My experience includes, working as a lawyer with the Ohio Attorney General and, since early 2007, I have focused on representing small to medium size businesses in and around central-Ohio.
My experience representing businesses includes handling numerous asset, stock, or membership interest sale or purchase transactions for businesses; general business formality matters, and countless commercial contract and real estate sale or lease matters. Most recently, I have worked with clients related to Ohio’s newly enacted medical marijuana regulations. My practice also involves estate and trust planning.
I enjoy assisting businesses of any size with their legal needs by accomplishing their goals quickly and efficiently while developing long-term relationships. I especially enjoy assisting clients that are working to purchase or sell existing businesses.
